We choose HDL Design House based on their exceptional experience in the field of MIPI design architectures as well as their ability to adopt and integrate the CSI-2 protocol into a million gate LSI that is implemented in a Fujitsu s own 65nm process technology. The main challenge was to adopt the IP to another high speed video transmission protocol used in automotive applications - the Automotive Pixel Link (APIX)- and to achieve the high bandwidth and reliability required for automotive applications.
