Overview

The Arm Cortex-M33 is the most configurable of all Cortex-M processors. It is a full featured microcontroller class processor based on the latest Arm v8-M architecture with Arm TrustZone security and digital signal processing. The Cortex-M33 provides all of the security benefits offered by TrustZone security isolation and is optimized for deterministic, real-time microcontroller class processor operations. The processor supports a large number of flexible configuration options to facilitate deployment in a wide range of diverse applications ranging from connected Bluetooth IoT nodes to smart motor controllers. It offers a dedicated co-processor interface to extend the capability of the processor for frequently used compute intensive operations. The Cortex-M33 delivers an optimal balance between performance, energy efficiency, security and productivity.
