被对手举报 台积电证实正遭欧盟反垄断调查

Nov. 20, 2017 – 

日前，台积电表示目前正接受欧盟委员会的初步调查，原因是涉嫌在半导体销售领域存在反竞争行为。

根据日期标为11月14日的监管文件，台积电公司称，欧盟监管机构于9月28日与其联系，以获取有关所称行为的信息和文件。

台积电在公告中说，将全力配合调查，并提供所需的信息和文件。公司称，鉴于程序还处于初步阶段，预计案件将如何进展、诉讼结果或其影响如何都为时过早。
