Founded in 2004, NSCore is a semiconductor intellectual property (IP) provider specializing in the field of nonvolatile memory (NVM) technology.
NSCore has developed PermSRAM®, a nonvolatile memory core which can be implemented in a standard CMOS platform with an excellent process portability, high yield and high reliability.
As an IP provider, NSCore services a complete package of licenses, design parameters, macro databases and foundry proven yield and reliability data to our Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM) customers, as well as our fabless semiconductor customers who will have their SoC manufactured by a third party foundry partner. The customers can enjoy nonvolatile memory functions in their own products with lowest cost of process and shortest development turnaround time.
