Biography :
| Aradhana is a Staff Engineer & Member of Technical Staff (MTS) at research & Innovation team at STMicroelectronics Crolles, France with 5½ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. She is a digital design architect specializing in serial link controllers and currently leads the development of high-performance die-to-die interfaces for 3D/2.5D heterogeneous chiplets. Aradhana has been recognized globally for her innovation and technical leadership, receiving prestigious awards including the 2023 Female Up & Comer Award from the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA), the 2024 Special Achievement Award from the Global MIPI Alliance Board, and the 2025 STAR Leadership Award from STMicroelectronics. She holds 8 US patents and has authored 13 publications in major international conferences. |
