| David Steer is a 30-year veteran of the IP industry with a deep understanding of the technical and commercial realities of effective IP deployment and implementation. He started his career at Arm as a custom circuit designer in the early days of commercial IP, and his career has taken him through leadership roles in engineering, marketing, business development and sales. He has commercial leadership expertise in IP products (Arm and Imagination Technologies), and silicon manufacturing (Chartered and GlobalFoundries). |
