He has authored over 140 publications in cryptographic engineering and delivered more than 100 invited talks and keynotes worldwide. His work focuses on the design, implementation, and secure integration of NIST-standardized PQC algorithms with protection against side-channel and fault attacks. | Patrick Manning is Vice President of Commercialization Development at PQSecure Technologies, leading market development and strategic partnerships for post-quantum cryptography IP solutions. He works with semiconductor companies, defense contractors, and cloud providers to integrate quantum-resistant security into next-generation systems, addressing NSA CNSA 2.0 requirements and the emerging quantum threat. Patrick has established partnerships across the technology ecosystem including semiconductor IP vendors, EDA providers, foundries, and systems integrators. His focus is on commercializing DARPA-funded innovation for production deployment in defense, telecommunications, automotive, IoT, and cloud applications where long product lifecycles demand algorithm-agile architectures that evolve with NIST PQC standards. |
