Biography :
Oliver has 20 years of mobile experience, having been responsible for ARM's mobile activities starting in 1995. He spent 12 years with ARM, serving as the VP for corporate BusDev and M&A until 2007. Prior to co-founding NGCodec in 2012 he was a business development consultant to a number of mobile start-ups in the OS, Security, Imaging and battery areas.
