Recently, Zhuhai Chuangfeixin Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its independently developed 55BCD (55nm Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS Generic Process) OTP IP (One-Time Programmable Memory IP Core) has been successfully qualified at a world-leading integrated circuit manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as "the foundry"). This OTP IP has strictly passed three batches of reliability tests in accordance with non-volatile memory certification standards.
