Cambridge GaN Devices Ltd (CGD), a fabless semiconductor company specializing in Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, has announced a strategic partnership with GlobalFoundries (GF), a leading US-based pure-play semiconductor foundry. This collaboration aims to enhance the supply chain and manufacturing capabilities for CGD’s innovative single-chip ICeGaN power devices, designed on GaN-on-silicon substrates.
