​11.4 Billion Won Deal Adds Network and Security Capabilities

ICTK is expanding its security-solution capabilities by becoming the largest shareholder of WithNetworks, positioning the company to pursue both security-chip and security-solution businesses simultaneously.

​ICTK announced on Sept. 30 that its board of directors decided to acquire a 56.75% stake in unlisted WithNetworks by purchasing 710,080 of the company’s 1.26 million shares. The transaction value is approximately 11.4 billion won.
