Andy Kwon is Executive Director and Head of Business Division at ARTICRON, responsible for business development, sales, and strategic partnerships for the company’s semiconductor IP business.
He brings over 27 years of experience in the semiconductor and automotive electronics industries, with extensive expertise in B2B sales, business development, foundry services, semiconductor solutions, and the China market.
Prior to joining ARTICRON, he held executive and senior management positions at several semiconductor, automotive electronics, and China-based technology companies, where he led business development for foundry services, semiconductor ICs and sensors, ADAS, V2X, security ICs, and automotive semiconductor solutions.
Throughout his career, he has developed business relationships with major Chinese automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, fabless companies, and technology partners, and has extensive experience in market entry, customer development, strategic partnerships, technology commercialization, and cross-border business negotiations.
He holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Sungkyunkwan University and has deep expertise in the Chinese semiconductor and automotive markets, supported by strong Chinese-language communication skills and an extensive business network across China.
