Samuel Chiang is the Director of Business Development, Semiconductor IP Partnership at Rambus, where he drives the adoption of security and interface IP across the data center, AI, automotive, and embedded segments in the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with customers and partners. He brings over 20 years of experience in semiconductor IP engineering, product marketing, sales, business development, and customer pre-sales support.
Previously, Samuel served as Deputy Director at Andes Technology and held roles at Canonical, Arm, and TSMC. He holds an EMBA from National Taiwan University and a Master"s degree in Computer Engineering from Queen's University, Canada.
