Frame Rate Converter

Overview

TMC developed FRC ( Frame Rate Converter) software interfacing with YUV video format.
FRC software generates new frames after decoding stream regardless of types of decoder. FRC software converts, for instance, QVGA 15fps in YUV to QVGA 30fps in YUV.
Because of optimized algorithm, it realizes lower CPU load, higher video quality for 1seg TV and contributes to raising value added of any video players.
